Ts Technical Architect

About Your Job:
As a Technical Architect you shall be performing a Technical lead role in Server Operations domain - Supporting 24*7 worldwide business operations, primarily for Linux Server Operating System, Virtualisation technologies and Cloud platform. You will involve to define SOPs, review requirements, provisioning and manage risks across Server related Infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead Linux operations team to install, configure, test, troubleshoot and maintain hardware (like servers and its components), server software and cloud platform services.- Lead Linux operations team by timely assigning the Server operational activities, service requests and make sure to complete the deliverables with agreed timelines.- Maintain and periodic review of inventory, capacity and the uptime of server infrastructure in Datacenters.- Ensuring timely resolution of reported incidents and problems in Linux server and integrated systems and ensure right changes to system configuration are followed in line with change management process.- Risks to Infrastructure and operations are assessed and mitigation plans are documented, monitored and closed in a timely manner.- Strong experience in Administration and Troubleshooting of Linux Server Operating systems, Cloud and Virtualization technologies and associated hardware/software.- Strong experience in Patch Management and Monitoring solutions in On-premises and cloud environment Such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud platform, etc.- Knowledge of Storage and Backup technologies.- Knowledge of 2/3 Tier architectures with Middleware and Database.- Knowledge of Structured Cabling and Network devices and their configuration.- Liaising with external suppliers and internal teams involved in both projects and operational maintenance of systems to meet business requirements.- Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documentation and reporting

Qualifications

About You:
You should have Bachelor's degree or Diploma in computer science or equivalent stream with Certifications in Redhat Technologies and minimum 8 years of experience in Server Operations team with 4 years as a team lead. You must be with expert knowledge of Redhat Linux platform; Operational knowledge of Ansible, Openshift and Server Infrastructure. You should be aware of ITIL process of Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, and related activities like inventory management and leading an operations team

You should be Self-motivated, communicate effectively with technical / non-technical personnel including senior management and have strong attention to detail and should be able to function with mínimal oversight. You should be passionate to provide Excellent Customer service and should remain updated with latest Technologies and Trends in Server Operations.
