Doha, Qatar Alhamal Trading & Contracting Full time

Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Manage the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, cash flows, and financial records.
- Prepare and maintain project-specific budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to track project profitability and overall company performance.
- Handle VAT returns, tax filings, and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Work closely with the project management team to monitor and report on project costs, including labor, materials, and overhead.
- Assist in the preparation of tenders, contracts, and financial documents related to construction projects.
- Support external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, financial regulations, and accounting best practices.
- **Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the construction industry (minimum [X] years).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including VAT and tax reporting in the construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction Field: 1 year (preferred)
