We are currently seeking an experienced **QA/AC Manager** to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans, policies, and procedures.
- Lead quality audits, inspections, and assessments across multiple project sites.
- Ensure all construction activities meet the client’s specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements, particularly Ashghal’s standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to monitor construction processes and ensure compliance with the project’s quality requirements.
- Oversee the documentation of quality control activities, including testing, inspection reports, and corrective actions.
- Review and approve materials, submittals, and shop drawings as per project specifications.
- Monitor performance and compliance of quality management systems in line with international standards.
- Assist in resolving any quality-related issues that arise during the construction phase.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote quality awareness among the project teams.
- Prepare and submit regular quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have experience working on Ashghal Qatar projects**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in quality assurance/control in the construction industry.
- Proven experience with Ashghal’s procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QA/QC management systems, and other relevant construction quality standards.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, material testing, and inspection methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC software tools.
- Certification in Quality Management or related qualifications is an advantage.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
