**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Management**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor the **QA/QC plans** for all MEP works.
- Ensure all MEP installations meet relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
- Establish procedures for inspecting, testing, and quality assurance during the construction process.
- **Inspections & Testing**:

- Conduct regular inspections and site audits for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Oversee third-party testing and commissioning for all MEP systems.
- Document and follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Liaise with the project management team, subcontractors, and the client on QA/QC-related issues.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers and design teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
- Prepare and submit QA/QC reports to senior management and clients.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure proper documentation of all QA/QC activities, including material inspection reports, test results, and compliance records.
- Maintain and manage the quality control records for the entire project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with **local regulations, client standards, and international best practices**.
- **Project Delivery**:

- Work closely with the construction and commissioning teams to ensure that MEP systems are delivered within quality parameters.
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks to project quality.
- Participate in project close-out activities, including final inspections and handovers.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and manage the QA/QC team, ensuring adequate training, development, and performance evaluation.
- Mentor junior engineers and staff on QA/QC best practices.
