We at Al Habari Group are hiring for the following role: RETAIL MANAGER (Hypermarket / FMCG Preferred) Location: Qatar Department: Retail Operations Reporting To: General Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee complete hypermarket/store operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Drive sales growth across FMCG categories with focus on high-volume and fast-moving products.
- Develop and execute retail strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Manage pricing, promotions, merchandising standards, and in-store campaigns.
- Lead, train, and supervise store supervisors and sales teams to ensure high performance.
- Monitor inventory control, stock rotation (FIFO), shrinkage management, and replenishment planning.
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, and competitor activities to optimize store performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and FMCG distributors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and Qatar retail regulations. Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of retail experience, preferably in hypermarkets or large-format retail stores.
- Strong FMCG background is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a managerial role handling large teams and high-volume operations.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar retail market and distribution channels.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and operational management skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
