**Qualifications**

- **Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (BSc. Architectural)**

- **Minimum 15 Years of Professional Experience**

  • **UPDA Grade A Certification** (mandatory)

- Proven **Consultant-Side Experience**

- Strong Experience in **Building Projects**

  • **BIM Capability** (as per EIR-PWA Requirements) - _Mandatory_
  • **Previous PWA (Public Works Authority) Approval** - _Preferable_
