Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role involves promoting the company's recruitment services, building a pipeline of clients, and ensuring consistent revenue generation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including HR departments, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Present the company's recruitment solutions to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate terms and contracts with new and existing clients.
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM systems.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activity, and potential sales opportunities.
**Requirements**:
Experience Required: 1-3 years of sales experience in a similar role, preferably in recruitment, HR services, or a B2B sales environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
