Call Center Agent Facility Coordinator

Key Responsibilities.
- Handle incoming customer service calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Log maintenance/service requests accurately in the system.
- Provide information to tenants, staff, and vendors as needed.
- Follow up on customer queries and complaints until resolution.
- Maintain call records and prepare daily call reports.
- Receive and track maintenance and service requests from staff and tenants.
- Coordinate with internal maintenance team and external service providers.
- Schedule and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct routine follow-ups with tenants to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of facility supplies and coordinate procurement.
- Support the administrative team with facility-related documentation.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in call center or facility coordination roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Able to handle pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Presentable, professional, and customer service-oriented.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
