**Job Summary**:
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of maintenance activities within the organization. This includes managing maintenance schedules, ensuring equipment and facility upkeep, and liaising between various teams to ensure operational efficiency. The Maintenance Coordinator will also track inventory, coordinate repairs, and maintain accurate records for all maintenance activities to ensure compliance and optimal functioning of the organization's assets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Scheduling & Coordination**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor the maintenance schedule for equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure mínimal disruption to operations during scheduled maintenance.
- Assign tasks to maintenance staff and external contractors as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Ensure timely ordering of parts and materials required for maintenance tasks.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of maintenance supplies.
- Oversee and manage emergency repair work and troubleshooting of equipment and facilities.
- Ensure repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise with external contractors and service providers for specialized repair work.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
- Track and report on maintenance performance metrics, including equipment uptime, downtime, and repair costs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards through proper documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities and equipment are functioning safely and efficiently.
- Assist in conducting safety audits and contribute to continuous safety improvements.
- Serve as the point of contact between maintenance teams, other departments, and external service providers.
- Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Manager and other relevant stakeholders regarding maintenance status, needs, and updates.
- Provide support in training maintenance staff on equipment and safety protocols.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 per month
