Line of Service - Administration/Human Resources

Management Level - Manager - Admin

Other Operational Duties would include
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods
- Analysing recruiting efforts and producing reports on advertising costs, hiring manager deadlines and more
- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management
- Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
- Excellent Management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of labor laws
