**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients within the Maintenance, Facility Management, and MEP projects sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
- Stay informed about product developments, industry regulations, and market changes that may impact sales efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- **Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Maintenance, Facility Management, or MEP projects sales.**:

- **Strong understanding of the Maintenance, Facility Management, and MEP projects industry, including knowledge of products, services, and market dynamics.**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- **Availability to start immediately.**:

- **Must have a valid Qatar Driver’s License with Car**:

- Egyptian nationality preferred.

**Salary and Benefits**:
