**Cashier/Billing Job Description & Responsibilities**

**1.** Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate

**2.** Greet customers when entering or leaving the store

**3.** Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information

**4.** Help customers to the counter and check their purchases.

**5.** Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

**6.** Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

**7.** Provides refunds or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise or as directed by managers.

**8.** Calculate and return change when required by the payment method

**9.** Recording all sales transactions and collections in SAP B1

**10.** Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change

**11.** Report issues with equipment’s and all other selling inventories

**12.** Assist in stocking and rotating merchandise

**13.** Stay up to date on merchandise promotions, advertisements, and product information

**14.** Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift and reconcile cash drawer daily

**15.** Perform activities like pulling, pricing, rotating, and hanging.

**16.** Maintains a professional appearance.

**17.** Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.

**18.** Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

**19.** Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

**20.** Create and maintain effective liaison with vendors and suppliers, as well as backend personnel.

**21.** Maintain petty cash requirements as per the operational requirements

**Salary**: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- Billing/Cashier: 2 years (required)
