**CIVIL SUPERVISOR**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Oversee facilities management activities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures to ensure high standards of construction quality.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status, site conditions, and any issues or risks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the site team, ensuring efficient and effective work processes.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, preferably with a focus on facilities management and QA/QC.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in QA/QC or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Residing in Qatar with valid QID
- Salary Package: QR 3500-4000 Full Package

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
