**Responsibilities**:
Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

**Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.**

Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.

**Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints to guide construction activities effectively.**

Provide technical expertise and support to construction teams, resolving engineering and technical challenges efficiently.

**Monitor and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement of materials and equipment.**

**Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.**

Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project updates for stakeholders as required.

**Requirements**:
**Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.**

**Proven experience as a site engineer or similar role in the construction industry.**

**Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.**

**Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.**

**Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.**

**Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.**

**Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.**

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

License/Certification:
