**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Monitor project progress and report daily site activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain site records, measurements, and reports
- Coordinate with the planning, procurement, and quality control teams
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
- Assist in material planning and inventory management
- Support project engineers and project managers in execution and reporting

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or Diploma in Civil Engineering)
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs
- Familiarity with site safety practices and quality standards
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word), and project documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project requirements

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of billing, quantity estimation, and bar bending schedules
- Experience with project management or construction software

Pay: Up to QAR8,000.00 per month
