**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role in a high-volume bakery.
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail with a passion for high-quality products.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
