Description:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MEP Design Engineer to join our team. As a Senior MEP Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for a variety of projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the MEP design process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and other engineering disciplines to develop efficient and sustainable MEP designs that meet project objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and design teams to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct thorough design reviews and analysis to identify potential design issues and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and calculations related to MEP systems.
- Perform site visits and inspections to assess the installation and functionality of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with design intent and specifications.
- Collaborate with contractors and construction teams during the construction phase, providing technical support and resolving any MEP-related issues that may arise.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, regulations, and technologies related to MEP systems and incorporate them into design practices.

**Requirements**:
- Mechancical Engineering Degree.
- UPDA certification with either Grade A or B is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working as an MEP Design Engineer with a consultant or reputed contracting company.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the design and coordination of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex design challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project schedules.
- In-depth understanding of local and international codes, regulations, and standards related to MEP systems.
