Facilities Manager

We are in need of a **Senior Facilities Manager (Decision Maker), Arabic Speaking is a must **who will be responsible for overseeing the soft and hard services of the facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. The duties will include managing a team of facility staff, developing and implementing maintenance procedures, coordinating with external vendors and contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
2. Manage and supervise facility staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Oversee the maintenance of building systems, equipment, and grounds.
4. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work.
5. Develop and manage the facility budget, including cost control and forecasting.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
7. Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of facility operations.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, clients, and regulatory agencies.
9. Prepare regular reports on facility operations and performance for senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or related field is a plus.
