Doha, Qatar Facilities Management and Maintenance Full time

The **Project Manager **will provide support to the Operations department to develop, manage and deliver various projects safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality expectations of FMM and the client management team. They will manage the dedicated team, assuring the compliance with the technical requirements and customer satisfaction, supervising the work carried out by the teams; managing the KPI driven business.
- Coordinate and monitor the performance of the team in charge and participating in professional development.
- In cooperation with HR, propose dismissals and sanctions, as well as participate in the selection of the personnel
- Liaise with customers and operations and create and develop a relationship with the client. Manage stocks of supplies, tools and equipment.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs.
- Control the efficiency of the processes
- Have full working knowledge of the areas in the building which are covered by the services run by FMM.
- Design and supervise non-regular tasks.
- Plan staff rotations to ensure full coverage in all shifts and supervise staff hours worked, training attendance, sickness, and annual leave for producing a proper payroll.
- Ensure a high standard of employee´s personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and Company regulations.
- Provide feedback and reporting to line manager
- Ensure subcontractors are following the requirements

**Education**:

- Higher diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- facilities management: 10 years (required)
- managerial role: 5 years (required)
- CAFM Systems: 10 years (required)
- MEP Systems: 10 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Arabic (preferred)
- Spanish (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UPDA/MMU Licence (Civil/Mechanical) (preferred)
