Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Filing Clerk to join our team in the Automotive Industry. The Filing Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and organizing customer data and vehicle files, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with various teams within the organization.
Job Responsibility:
- Ensure all customer data and vehicle files have complete and accurate documentation.
- Create and update records with new files and information.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Manager for efficient file management.
- Verify the accuracy of customer files and vehicle information before filing.
- Maintain and update customer files to ensure they are current.
- Implement and maintain a proper filing system to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
