**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Serve customers with food & drinks
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks/shelves are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Handle the cashiering functions
- Serve the customers with drinks, food, or products
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Assist in doing the inventory of products
- Receive products and supplies and ensure that quantities and orders match in the Purchase Order
- Assist in the dispatching delivery of products to customers
- Ensure that the store are clean and sanitized at all times
- Decorate chocolate trays, help pack chocolates
- Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a store personnel / sales staff or similar role (with background in selling pastries, chocolates, and coffees is an advantage)
- Must have an experience in a chocolate or coffee shop (e.g., wrapping chocolates, decorating trays, preparing & serving coffee)
- Understanding of the store sales process
- Must be Arabic-speaking
- Can communicate effectively in English language
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills / account
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various roles and work shifts
- With valid QID / visa
- Available to join immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
