**Responsibilities**:
**Table Reservations**:

- Manage the restaurant's reservation system, ensuring timely and accurate bookings.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house staff to accommodate special requests and optimize table turnover.

**Guest Relations**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with repeat guests and encourage loyalty.
- Assist in special event planning and guest management for occasions like birthdays or corporate gatherings.

**Menu Presentation**:

- Present the restaurant's menu to guests, highlighting signature dishes, specials, and seasonal items.
- Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Ensure thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods, including allergy and dietary information.
- Suggest pairings for dishes with beverages, wines, or desserts to enhance the guest experience.

**Sales & Promotion**:

- Promote special offers, events, and seasonal menus to guests.
- Actively participate in upselling and cross-selling menu items and services.
- Assist in implementing sales strategies to drive foot traffic and increase reservations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to engage with guests through social media and other platforms.

**Reporting & Feedback**:

- Track and report on reservation trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improving guest experiences and increasing sales.
- Regularly liaise with management and staff to ensure smooth operations and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- A diploma or degree in hospitality, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or guest relations in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle guest concerns effectively.
- Proficient in using reservation systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, reservation platforms).
- Personal Attributes: Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused. Ability to build rapport with guests and foster long-term relationships.
