**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Management**: Track, expedite and manage purchase orders from placement to delivery, ensuring adherence to project schedules.

**Supplier Coordination**: Monitor and track orders, resolving any issues related to delays, discrepancies, or quality concerns. Liaise with suppliers to confirm order status, expedite deliveries, and resolve any supply chain issues.

**Consultant and Site Project Team coordination**: liaise with consultants and site project team to expedite any client comments or approvals

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipping documents, and correspondence with suppliers.

**Reporting**: Provide regular updates to project management regarding procurement status, delays, and potential risks. Generate reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.

**Problem Solving**: Identify and address potential bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement solutions to mitigate risks. Work with suppliers and internal teams to find solutions to procurement challenges.

**Compliance**: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with project teams, engineers, and other departments to align procurement efforts with project needs.

**Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for ongoing and upcoming projects.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CIPS) are a plus.

**Experience**: Minimum of 10 year’s experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably in the oil and gas or construction industries.

**Knowledge**: Strong understanding of procurement processes, materials management, and contract negotiation.

**Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
