Qatar Little Academy Nursery Full time

You will manage the Accounting function for LAN. You will be responsible for reporting directly to the Directors.

**Key duties include but are not limited to the below**:

- Ensure that fees are paid on time and that any non-payers are followed up and fee policy implemented.
- Inform managers of any overdue fees.
- Responsible for overseeing all contracts.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
- Responsible for general ledger.
- Fixed asset processing and reporting.
- Maintain bank accounts.
- Review bank statements.
- Research and reconcile all discrepancies.
- Conducting Audits and verifying documents in a timely manner with the External Auditors.
- Following internal controls.
- Completing data backups.
- Financial and profitability analysis.
- Cash flow analysis
- Perform any other duties as instructed by management or owners
- Provide guidance for the accountants in the other branches.
- A recognized qualification in Accounting
- A minimum of five years experience
- **Experience as a Head Accountant or Financial Controller**:

- Fluency in English
