Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs at the construction site
- Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices
- Ensure compliance with local HSE laws, regulations, and company standards
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training to workers and subcontractors
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions
- Monitor use of PPE and ensure proper safety signage is in place
- Coordinate emergency response plans and drills
- Maintain HSE records, permits, risk assessments, and safety documentation
- Liaise with project management, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities as required

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum **1 year** experience as an HSE Officer in construction projects in GCC but preferably in Qatar
- Valid HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and risk assessment
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and enforce safety compliance on site
- Proficient in report writing and documentation

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Gulf Exprerience in HSE: 1 year (required)
- HSE Officer: 1 year (required)
