**Job Purpose**:
To construct, repair, and finish walls, partitions, and other structures using concrete blocks, bricks, or similar materials in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lay concrete blocks, bricks, or similar materials to construct walls, partitions, and other structures.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Mix mortar or grout and ensure proper consistency for block laying.
- Align structures vertically and horizontally using levels, plumb bobs, and straight edges.
- Cut and shape blocks to fit corners, arches, or other design specifications using hand and power tools.
- Fill joints between blocks with mortar and ensure a uniform, neat finish.
- Repair and maintain existing masonry structures as required.
- Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure work progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Block Mason or similar role in construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Skilled in measuring, cutting, and aligning masonry units accurately.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations on construction sites.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Pay: From QAR1,800.00 per month
