1. Ensures proper implementation of the company’s standard operating procedures within PMV Department.
2. Management of multiple workshops ranging from Construction Equipment, Heavy & Light Vehicles, Power Generating Equipment, Welding & Fabrication, Tire Repairs, Hydraulics, Electrical, and Satellite Workshops, supported by a multicultural workforce.
3. Ensures that the required fast moving spare parts & consumables for company’s PMV fleet, are available
4. Ensures the cost effectiveness and timely execution of corrective maintenance services.
5. Ensuring the timely execution of preventive maintenance services.
6. Devise and implement strategies to optimize equipment availability throughout the projects/clients and reduce equipment downtime.
7. Provide technical assessments on equipment maintenance, with emphasis on high-costing equipment, and provide justifications over the required work.
8. Monitor and analyze the equipment life, to identify significant trends and improve cost effectiveness.
