**Key Responsibilities**:
**Plant, Machinery & Vehicle (PMV) Management**
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all heavy equipment, machinery, and vehicles.
- Ensure proper utilization and allocation of assets across all project sites.
- Monitor performance, downtime, and efficiency of all PMV assets.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and reduce equipment breakdowns.

**Logistics & Transportation**
- Plan and supervise inter-site movement of equipment, materials, and manpower.
- Manage vehicle routing, driver deployment, and timely transportation schedules.
- Coordinate logistics operations between warehouse, site, and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, permits, and safety standards.

**Operational Efficiency & Cost Control**
- Track equipment usage, fuel consumption, repair costs, and optimize operational budgets.
- Maintain accurate PMV records including logs, inspections, inventory, and depreciation.
- Lead procurement planning for spare parts, tools, and machinery with cost-effectiveness.

**Team Leadership & Safety**
- Lead a team of mechanics, operators, drivers, and PMV logistics coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.
- Conduct technical training, toolbox talks, and team performance evaluations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum **8-10 years of experience** in PMV management within construction or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment (excavators, cranes, generators, etc.) and vehicle operations.
- Proven experience in managing site logistics and transportation planning.
- Proficient in asset tracking, ERP systems, and maintenance planning software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license is a must.
- Knowledge of Qatar/GCC regulatory and compliance standards is a plus.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of fuel management systems and GPS tracking tools
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
