**Business Analyst - Asset and Liability Management & Risk**

Onsite-Doha

Must have functional and technical knowledge plus detailed understanding of ALM (Cash Profiling and Liquidity Management, Balance sheet structure, Behavioralization, IRRBB, Interest Rate Risk, FTP, LCR/NSFR).

Highly desirable Robust Understanding of BSM FIS ALM System “Former Ambit Focus”. Should be able to deal with ambiguity, must have integrity& trust and perseverance, able to do stakeholder management and should have excellent written communications skills and problem-solving ability.

**Minimum Qualifications**:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.

**Minimum Experience**:
**Knowledge, & Other skills**:

- Good working knowledge of IT services and system development.
- Sound Understanding of the ALM Function.
- Sound Understanding of the Balance Sheet Structure.
- Prior experience in projects covers E2E Cross Functions.
- Sound Knowledge of using MS VISIO tool.
- Should have proper knowledge in the Requirements gathering techniques.
- Sound knowledge in the Product Life Cycle.
- Sound understanding of the Bank Limits Structure.
- Analytical mindset.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Good computer and MS office skills.
- English speaking
