PHI Med is a Qatar-based Medical Services Agency that aims to develop the medical industry in the country by providing optimal solutions for business development and by offering medical assistance to healthcare facilities. Specialized in plastic surgery and dermatology, we are currently undergoing a huge expansion. A new branch is targeted to be open soon, which means big opportunities for Dermatologists looking to work in Qatar.

We are committed to redefining perfection, not only by physical attributes but with everything that we do.
- Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person and over the phone
- Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette
- Keeps the reception area clean and organized
- Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information
- Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff
- Keeps office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment used at the reception
- Protects patient confidentiality, making sure protected health information is secured by not leaving protected health information in plain sight and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended
- Performs other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma (preference for College/University degree)
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (friendly, polite, team player)
- Quick learner
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal (Arabic & English)
