We are seeking a professional and friendly Female Receptionist to manage front desk operations for a well-established organization. The role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage appointment schedules and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements & Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
- Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID
