**JOB PURPOSE**

Van Salesman promotes and sells to existing and new customer all varieties of bottled water products and act as liaison between customer and relevant departments within the company, in order to sell and deliver and achieve the sales target and ensuring good relationships with the client.
- Delivers to each stores as per pre-determined delivery sequence.
- Must be able to deliver purchased orders and inform existing customers of new products
- Must be able to prepare, update and maintain sales reports
- Deliver the invoices to customer and collect the money as per the created invoices and maintain customer’s credit balance according to the credit policy
- Expand current customer database, make follow up calls to customer as per company procedure
- Achieve the assigned monthly target.
- Must be able to prevent damage to the delivery van and the company products being transported.
- Monitor customers store inventory based on sales and intake.
- Product loading and unloading
- Ensure that the products are clean and tidy.
- Must ensure the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the van.
- Assisting delivery drivers in all his activities.
- Other task that may assigned to you from time to time
- Coordinating with the helpers on the schedule of their deliveries
- Must be able to cooperate with other departments to ensure optimal customer service

**Experience**:

- Outdoor Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- Qatar Medium Driving License (required)
