As the Deputy Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing technical and administrative tasks for the project, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain close coordination with the client, being present at the client's office for 50% of the project time to facilitate effective communication and swift issue resolution
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders
- Assist in managing project resources, including personnel allocation and equipment utilisation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
- Facilitate team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment
- Support the Project Manager in stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectations
- Assist in contract management and vendor coordination
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
