**Job Title: Sales Executive - IT Solutions & Services**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT solutions and services across various industry sectors.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and revenue.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- **3-4 years of proven experience** in sales of IT solutions and/or services (software, cloud, IT infrastructure, managed services, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the Qatar IT market and enterprise customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Valid Qatar Driving License** is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
