**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **TIG welding** on a variety of steel materials and components.
- Interpret **technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols**.
- Set up and operate welding machines and tools in accordance with safety procedures.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of welds meets company and industry standards.
- Fit, align, and weld components using clamps, jigs, and fixtures.
- Grind, clean, and polish welds as required to meet finish specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Work independently or as part of a fabrication team to meet production deadlines.
- Identify and report defects or required rework to supervisors.
- Assist in general fabrication tasks, such as cutting, bending, or assembling metal parts, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **TIG welder** in a steel fabrication environment.
- Ability to weld **stainless steel, carbon steel, and other metals** to a high standard.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting **engineering drawings and blueprints**.
- Familiarity with hand tools, grinders, measuring equipment, and welding machinery.
- Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
