Urgent required **HR Admin Assistant** **for our Holding.**
**experience in Qatar is a must.**
**Responsibilities.**
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitor
- Carries out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Preparing Letter such us ( COC, Termination Letter, Warning Letter, Memos, Reports )
- Responsible for getting air ticket quotations and booking
- Follow up approval for Leave (Annual, Maternity, Sick, Casual Leave)
- Monitoring of MOI report for such cases (Out of the country, Run away, AWOL)
- Perform secretarial Job is a plus
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking & written)
- Must have knowledge
- Flexible to work longer hours if required
- MS Office Proficiency ( Excel - Vlook up, Pivot Table, PowerPoint, Word)
- Mandatory working experience in Holding Company
- Must be locally available in QATAR
- with valid Qatar ID

- Secretarial: 3 years (required)
**Language**:
- English Fluently (preferred)
