Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver Scrum training programs to employees and clients.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and case studies.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that ensure understanding of Scrum principles, tools, and techniques.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants.
- Work with management to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support the implementation of Scrum methodology in their work.
- Stay current with Scrum trends and developments to ensure training programs are up-to-date.
- Provide support to employees and clients in the implementation of Scrum principles in their work.

Qualifications:

- Certified Scrum Master Instructor with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, tools, and techniques.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and platforms for training delivery and evaluation.
