We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Scrum Master to join our team and help deliver exceptional software solutions for a prestigious international client based in Qatar.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective and efficient execution
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, assisting in grooming and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring that it is prioritized and refined effectively
- Guide and support the team in embracing Agile/Scrum practices, fostering self-organization, and helping them to continuously improve their processes and deliverables
- Actively identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress or productivity
- Foster a culture of transparency, open communication, and collaboration within the team, ensuring that information flows smoothly and effectively
- Work closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation required for the audit and quality control processes
- Demonstrate strong servant leadership skills and project management knowledge, providing guidance and support to the team members as needed

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Overall 12+ years of experience in the IT industry
- Holds Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide teams in embracing Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address obstacles or impediments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management
- Experience in grooming and maintaining product backlogs, ensuring prioritization and refinement
- Knowledge of servant leadership principles and project management best practices
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to prepare and maintain necessary project-related documentation
- A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team

ADDITIONAL
- You will be working on site, from our client's office in Doha
- The working schedule is 5 days a week, from Sunday to Thursday (In Qatar, weekend is Friday to Saturday)
