**15+ years of experience in Geospatial domain in Qatar.**:

- **Have a very good knowledge of the Center of Geographic Information System (CGIS) data structure.**:

- **Knowledge **of other tools such as ASP.NET, ArcGIS, Oracle databases, SQL, and GIS database design.**:

- **Develop system problem reports and recommendations, follow Best Practices for Writing code, Source control and Versioning.**:

- **Propose development programmers to increase programming efficiency.**:

- **Handling business-critical GIS tasks and track and maintain hardware and software inventory**:

- **Help develop project proposal, budget, and schedule.**:

- **Defines and implement quality assurance practices and procedures.**:

- **Define scope and objectives of all levels of QA testing for GIS projects.**:

- **Knowledge and experience in GIS data quality procedures.**:

- **Perform geospatial data building and analysis using advanced spatial analysis.**:

- **ArcGIS Enterprise Implementation, Monitoring and Support**:

- **Publishing Mapping Services based on the IT department requirements and Role**:

- **Administrating ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Portal**:

- **Design Technical Architecture and Work flow of the Application**:

- **Work with business to understand needs and provide excellent service.**:

- **Work closely with Information Technology professionals within the IT department to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly**:

- **Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions**:

- **Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution**:

- **Worked within applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines to promote safe working environment**:

- **Provided technical recommendations and support documentation to aid in GIS process improvement.**:

- **Professional experience working with and analyzing computer hardware and software**
