**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests with professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take food and beverage orders, serving them accurately and promptly in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, offering recommendations and responding to guest inquiries.
- Set up and prepare dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation of all tables.
- Anticipate and address guest needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring satisfaction and comfort.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest payments, including cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
- Manage guest requests, concerns, or special requirements in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe dining environment for both guests and staff.
- Uphold the reputation and standards of the establishment, delivering a consistently exceptional level of service.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training or certifications in hospitality management or food service preferred.
- **1-3 years of experience as an F&B Server or in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.
- **Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.**:

- Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a composed and professional demeanor.
- **Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and visa.**
