Position Title**:Sales Engineer Interior/Exterior Shading**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales growth by promoting and specifying **Euro Systems' building automation products and solutions.**:
- **Conduct daily site visits to generate leads and identify new project opportunities.**:
- Provide technical support to clients and offer **tailored solutions to meet their specific needs and requirements.**:
- **Utilize technical expertise to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to prospective clients.**:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to integrate **Euro Systems products into design concepts.**:
- **Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.**:
- **Attend daily meetings with key stakeholders to promote our systems and discuss project requirements.**:
- Follow up on sales deals regularly and identify opportunities to expand business relationships.
- Prepare accurate bids and proposals in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Liaise with production and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- **Address client concerns and implement solutions with upper management during and post-sale.**:
- **Analyze sales and marketing reports to identify areas for improvement and maximize growth opportunities**.
- Gather feedback from **project managers and engineers to ensure successful project execution and handover.**:
- Achieve assigned **sales targets within specified deadlines.**:
- Manage customer relationships, **negotiate contracts, and resolve complaints effectively.**:
- Utilize **CRM **system effectively to maintain accurate records and **track sales activities.**:
- **Adhere to marketing guidelines and support marketing initiatives as per company policy.**
**Educational Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture/Interior Design.**
**Additional Skills**:
- **Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.**:
- **Strong architectural knowledge.**:
- **Background in customer service.**:
- **Familiarity with CRM systems.**:
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum of 4- 8 years of experience in outdoor construction/architectural and interior sales in Qatar.**:
- **Valid Qatar driving license. (Must)**:
- **Energetic, passionate, and eager **to learn about the company's history and products.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
