**Job Summary**:
We're looking for a detail-oriented **Quality Control Engineer** to ensure top-notch quality across all our facility management services. You'll be the go-to person for quality during the **handover of apartments** to tenants, and for maintaining the high standards of **public areas**. This role involves overseeing quality for diverse areas like **elevators, pools, landscaping, AMC checks, maintenance department works, and housekeeping**. Your goal is to uphold our reputation for excellence and tenant satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Handover Quality**: Inspect new towers and apartments before tenant handover; ensure public areas meet quality and safety standards.
- **Pool & Landscaping Quality**: Oversee the quality of pool maintenance and landscaping works.
- **AMC Verification**: Verify the quality of services delivered under various Annual Maintenance Contracts.
- **Maintenance Quality**: Implement and monitor quality control for all maintenance activities.
- **Housekeeping Quality**: Establish and enforce high-quality standards for all housekeeping services.
- **Quality Management System**: Contribute to developing and maintaining our QMS, record inspections, and report on quality trends.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure all activities meet regulations and promote a culture of quality and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control/assurance, ideally in facility management, real estate, or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of facility operations (maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping).
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
