As a Security Duty Supervisor, you would be responsible to provide security operations support (security supervision, CCTV surveillance and workplace monitoring) to Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC), and operates QACC Security Operation Center (QSOC) on a 24/7 basis. Monitors key areas of QACC through CCTV systems, reports security risks/gaps and escalates non-compliance to respective Departments without delay.

**To achieve success in this role you will need to**:

- Ensures full compliance with all aviation security regulations and procedures outlined in the Flight Catering Operator Security Programme (FCOSP).
- Protects QACC by avoiding unlawful acts of interference, theft, damage, sabotage, intentional introduction of FOB, etc., at Hamad International Airport (HIA).
- Monitors CCTV on a shift-by-shift basis, and completes tasks as assigned by the Security Manager.
- Completes reports as needed and provides a 24/7 coverage to resolve security operational issues as they arise.
- Supervises the security service provider on the respective shifts.
- Prepares shift reports for QACC Security Operation Centre and escalates security issues to respective Departments and stakeholders on a timely manner.
- Ensures that all CCTV camera snags will be logged and reported for rectification without delay
- Responsible to ensure that employees at all levels understand work health and safety requirements and expectations through provision of relevant QR Group induction, information, instruction, training and supervision

**Qualifications**:
You should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3+ years of job-related experience.

**Essential**
- It is preferred if you have Diploma / Associated professional qualification or at least 3 years professional experience in aviation security or as a Senior Security Agent

**Preferred**
- Aviation Security, FMCG, Hospitality experience preferable
- Investigation experience, including CCTV control and monitoring, Access Control, etc.
- Previous experience in airline operations, security operations from a flight catering perspective
