Nair Systems is currently looking for MS SharePoint and EPM System Administrator for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
- Proven 7-5 years Previous experience working with SharePoint is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a SharePoint/EPM Administrator
- Upgrade EPM 2013 to latest versions e.g. the version 2019, mandatory experience on SSRS (MS- Reporting tool)
- Support SharePoint 2019
- Monitors mention system software for any glitches or problems.
- Troubleshoots issues promptly.
- Manages and revises the layout of the site.
- Customizes SharePoint/EPM site for company purposes.
- Analyzes daily user activity on SharePoint.
- Maintains records of SharePoint/EPM updates, maintenance, and activity.
- Reports to company management with updates and information about SharePoint use.
- Provides technical support for SharePoint users.
- Addresses questions or concerns from business owners or directors regarding the function of the software.
- Keeps apprised of Microsoft updates to SharePoint/EPM software.
- Applies updates to company’s edition of SharePoint/EPM as necessary.
- Holds training and informational sessions to teach employees how to use SharePoint.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrates specific knowledge of the function and makeup of Microsoft SharePoint/EPM.
- Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Servers.Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Possesses knowledge of best practices for maintaining information security.
- Is able to handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly.
- Possesses ability to think creatively to devise customizations and uses for SharePoint.
- Exhibits knowledge of software development industry.
- Is familiar with website layouts and html.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrates ability to work and conduct research independently.

Manages time efficiently and multi-tasks effectively.
- Is able to think and work quickly to remedy system shutdowns or serious software problems.
- The administrator need to maintain Microsoft SharePoint, TFS and EPM (including SSRS reports) and all related systems

Terms and conditions

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
