**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, design, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and optimize data models, datasets, and queries in Power BI.
- Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy, quality, and security.
- Implement best practices in visualization and dashboard development.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades on Power BI reports and infrastructure.
- Document processes, technical specifications, and dashboard guidelines for ongoing support.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong proficiency in Power Query, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power BI Service.
- Solid understanding of database technologies like SQL Server, Azure SQL, or similar.
- Expertise in building data models and designing intuitive user interfaces.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Prior experience working in the **banking or financial services** sector is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI certification)
- Experience with Azure Data Services, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) is a plus.
