**Estimator Summary**

Position requires a with experience in all phases of facilities Management estimating including proposal preparation, supplier and subcontractor solicitations, manpower production rates, logistic methods, etc.

**Essential Functions**
- Read, understand and analyze project requirements, specifications and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Ability to make detailed comparisons of subcontractor and supplier quotes to determine best value.
- Ability to execute estimates or proposals from inception to final submittal.
- Ability to organize and delegate assignments to fellow teammates for large scale estimates.
- Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with a professional and effective manner.
- Technical skills are a must, including; excellent written, and verbal skills.
- Ability to work under multiple and strict deadlines.
- Proficiency of the Microsoft Office Suites.
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the FM industry.
- Ability to manage estimates and proposal processes from start to finish with self-sufficiency.

**Required Experience**
- 5- 7 years of commercial/industrial estimating experience.
- Competent understanding of costing methodology

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Estimation: 2 years (preferred)
- Bid Coornation: 2 years (preferred)
