**QAQC MANAGER (with POWER & INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS Background)**

A **QAQC Manager** provides leadership to the engineering quality assurance team and ensures compliance with corporate quality.

**Responsibilities for site regulatory compliance**:

- Creates, supervises, and maintains Quality Management policies and procedures by project standard requirements
- Leads workplace safety through prevention, instruction, and random inspection
- Monitors prime and subcontract actions for contract compliance, monitors risk, and contributes suggestions for risk mitigation
- Facilitates a culture of continuous process improvement among the management team, providing resources and collaborating to implement processes that are streamlined and compliant
- Prepares and provides high-quality reports to management and customer on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Harmonizing documentation across groups
- Document control including document management systems
- Perform complex scientific and or quality data reduction requiring use of independent judgment based on relevant technical experience
- Manage and record complex meeting actions/research discovery items, prepare meeting agendas and disseminate research project information
- Prepare QA plans for various fabrication and field construction activities
- Supervise the field staff performing quality assurance inspections
- Perform quality audits of on‐site construction activities
- Perform quality assurance of fabricators as required
- Conduct regular meetings with senior members of the project and others to ensure effective communication and transparency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
With **POWER & INDUSTRIAL PROJECT background (mandatory)**
With at least 5 years of GCC experience
More than 5 years of experience in the same field
**With specific training in SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC TECHNOLOGY**
**Must be available in Qatar and with valid QID**
**Willing to join immediately**
