**Job Purpose**
- The Teaching Assistant (TA) will contribute to the fulfilment of the mission and vision of the company and of the school towards providing excellent international education to all students in the school. In fulfilling the following responsibilities, the Teaching Assistant will be bound by any policies produced by the company and school.

**About the role**

We’ll look to you to promote high expectations for our students, designing learning activities that are aligned to our school’s Primary curriculum and creating a learning culture where there are no limits to what can be achieved. You will foster an environment of respect within the classroom, facilitating learning through questioning and discussion.

**About you**

Able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment, you will possess a university degree and a recognised teaching assistant qualification. Committed and creative, you will be reflective on your own duties and student outcomes, seeking out and implementing new ideas and innovative methods to raise the school’s classroom level of achievement.
- Preferably under husband/family sponsorship
- 2 years’ experience as a Teaching Assistant
- Excellent English speaker

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a related field
- Solid understanding of classroom activities and teaching best practices
- Must have a compassionate and positive attitude
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
