Roles & responsibilities:

- Issue RFI for the completed works.
- Liaise with Client QC inspectors for timely completion of inspections.
- Arrange TPI and when required.
- Perform inspections of electrical works including cable routing, cable tray installation,
- termination, earthing, lighting, panel installations, and testing & commissioning
- activities.
- Verify installation and testing works comply with approved drawings, standards (IEC,
- NEC), and project specifications.
- Review and verify electrical materials for compliance with project standards and
- technical submittals.
- Conduct inspections based on approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method
- Statements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, checklists, NCRs, and quality records.
- Coordinate inspection activities with the client, consultant, and third-party agencies.
- Identify and document non-conformances and follow up on corrective and preventive
- actions.
- Ensure calibration certificates and testing equipment are valid and traceable.
- Participate in final inspections, pre-commissioning, and energization processes.
- Assist in QA/QC documentation for handover and project close-out.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with 4-5 years in Oil & Gas projects in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar standards, IEC, NEC, and other relevant international codes.
- Experience in LV/MV electrical systems, instrumentation interface, lighting, fire alarm,
- and grounding systems.
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 standards and QA/QC documentation practices.
- Valid QID and ability to work in Qatar (preferably with NOC or transferable visa).
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
- Certification in electrical inspection, ISO auditor, or related fields is a plus.

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al-Khawr: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (preferred)
