**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the establishment and initiation of the Gypsum/Wall Panel manufacturing facility, managing the installation of equipment and infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to optimize factory layout for enhanced production efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate production activities, ensuring adherence to production targets and stringent quality standards.
- Implement and refine production processes developed during the setup phase to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as necessary to maintain workflow consistency.
- Enforce rigorous quality control measures from inception to guarantee product compliance with industry benchmarks.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to swiftly address and resolve any deviations from desired product quality.
- Establish and uphold comprehensive safety protocols throughout factory setup, maintaining ongoing adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and promptly implement corrective measures to mitigate risks.
- Provide inspirational leadership, guidance, and mentorship to operations staff, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment.
- Deliver regular training sessions to enhance the proficiency and expertise of the production team.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process enhancement across both setup and operational phases.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address equipment and facility-related challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity within manufacturing, ideally within the gypsum/wall panel sector.
- Profound understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies.
- Prior experience in setting up manufacturing facilities is advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and a steadfast commitment to fostering a safe work environment.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving proficiencies.
- Competence in production planning and scheduling.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
- Outstanding organizational and time management aptitudes.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role may entail extended hours or shift work during the setup phase.
- Work environment involves exposure to dust and noise inherent in manufacturing operations.
